Silk Amino Acids also known as Sericin is a natural water-soluble glycoprotein extracted from raw silk. It is used as an additive in skin and hair care products due to its high levels of serine which has excellent moisture preservation characteristics. What does Silk Protein for the hair? If products are ordered on working days (Monday – Friday) before 3 pm C.E.T the order is shipped on the same day. All orders are shipped with DPD. Once the order is collected you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Balmain Hair Professional strives to deliver the order as soon as possible. Packages are shipped from the International Distribution Center located in the Netherlands, the delivery time depends on the shipping destination. In the unlikely event that a product is not in stock, we contact you within 24 hours on working days.
